Dennis has been involved in men's work, individually and in groups,  as a spiritual counselor and peer counselor, since the 1970's.   In the 2010's, while living in Turkey, he began working with men who had experienced childhood trauma and childhood sexual abuse. 

Internal Family Systems is way of listening to the different feelings or "parts" inside you, so you can help them all live together in harmony. IFS is the foundational approach Dennis relies on in his work with men. 

Dennis does individual and group sessions with men. He loves to work with men who feel stuck in unfruitful patterns, are seeking to heal inner pain or childhood trauma, who desire to improve their interpersonal relationships, or who want to exprience greater freedom and joy in their lives, work and leadership roles.  

I think of myself as a "co-human", which is based on my experience of reality as essential relational.  It seems to me that our inner and outer relationships reflect the relational reality of everything.  Human wholeness involves an awareness of our selves as fully distinct from others and completely interdependent and connected.
